The Water Maze Alpha is an industrial oil and water separation system.

Hotsy Cleaning Systems offers the top-of-the line Water Maze Alpha oil and water separator, an above ground unit designed to discharge wash water at the rate of up to 30 GPM to the sanitary sewer. The Alpha is designed with a proprietary “maze” of inclined coalescing plates which draw oil from wash water. The Alpha is automatic and equipped with a 250 gallon stainless steel tank for rust-free operation. The ultra-violet ozone generator uses a special mixing technique for bacteria-killing ozone in wash water, up to 99%. All models are CSA approved.
