Water Blast Manufacturing has created custom Storm King Dip Tanks for parts cleaning for a number of industries, including automotive, oil field and heavy equipment users. If you are rebuilding pumps or other equipment components, a dip tank removes any greasy residue from the part, and is also the easiest way to remove carbon and strip the paint down to the metal surface.

Parts are placed in the main reservoir of the dip tank, containing a caustic solution. A subtank below the main reservoir contains the heating element, which then transfers heat to the dip tank solution. The element in Storm King dip tanks are protected, unlike the older style solvent tubs where the elements were in the bottom of the wash tank, exposing them to sludge. For maximum efficiency, your Storm King Dip Tank can be fully insulated.
